When people contact us, they are often overwhelmed with their debt. They are emotional. They are very concerned. They're embarrassed. Once they understand what it can do for them, they immediately get a stress relief factor that they realize that we in fact do have a customized solution for each individual that can lead to a better life for them. So they leave here in a much better state than when they came in.
